Find the right class for you

From group mat sessions to personalised studio instruction, we have options to suit every level.

Mat Pilates

Small group classes with up to 8 participants. Our instructors lead synchronised full-body workouts while providing modifications for individual ability levels. Everyone performs the same exercises with personalised adjustments as needed.

Studio Pilates

Personalised small-group instruction with a maximum of 4 people per session. Using specialised equipment including trapeze tables, reformers, towers, arcs, and combo chairs, your instructor tailors programming to your individual needs and goals.

Women's Health Pilates

A collaborative class bringing together women's health Pilates and pelvic health physiotherapy, led by Laura Webster with Lisa Carnie. Designed for women with prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, postnatal recovery, diastasis rehabilitation, or those feeling unsure about returning to exercise. You'll build strength without worsening symptoms, learning how intra-abdominal pressure and the body work together to support recovery. Runs in 6-week blocks on Wednesdays.
