Training designed for your game

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) approach connects your body's movement patterns directly to your golf swing. This 6-week program uses that framework to build the strength, mobility, and stability that matter most on the course.

Hit further

Develop the rotational power and hip drive that generate clubhead speed. More distance comes from how your body moves, not just how hard you try to swing.

Meet Paul Tobin

TPI Golf Fitness Instructor

Paul is a certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Fitness Instructor with a focus on helping golfers of all levels move and perform better. His training approach is rooted in the evidence-based TPI methodology, which assesses how your body's physical limitations affect your swing and then addresses them directly.

Whether you're a weekend social golfer or someone who plays competitively, Paul's sessions are practical, engaging, and genuinely targeted to what golfers need.

TPI-certified instructors are trained to identify and address the physical patterns that limit your swing mechanics, power, and consistency.
