Read moreClodagh is passionate about pelvic health, helping patients navigate breathing pattern disorders, and caring for older adults. A qualified clinical Pilates instructor and acupuncturist, she also has a strong focus on shoulder and lower back injuries. Originally from Ireland, Clodagh brings a wealth of international experience to the team. She began her career as a biomechanist working with the Australian Olympic Swimming team, AFL and Rugby 7's players before specialising in post-surgical rehabilitation at the renowned Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin, where she focused on ACL reconstructions, groin surgeries and shoulder surgeries. She also served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Munster Rugby's developmental programme and has worked with ATP Tennis Tour players at the ASB Classic. Outside the clinic, she enjoys CrossFit and reformer Pilates.
