Clodagh is passionate about women's health, supporting patients through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the management of incontinence. She has a particular interest in breathing pattern disorders and the integration of pelvic health with whole-body movement. A clinical Pilates instructor and acupuncturist, Clodagh brings these skills into her treatment approach, alongside her experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with particular strengths in treating shoulder and lower back conditions. Originally from Ireland, Clodagh has extensive international experience, having worked with elite national athletes and teams across swimming, AFL, rugby and tennis. Allison is a physiotherapist with more than 25 years of experience helping people move better and feel better in their everyday lives. She has worked with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular focus on low back pain, having completed training in the McKenzie Method. Alongside her clinical work, Allison holds a postgraduate certificate in Occupational Health and can organise workplace ergonomic assessments, including for home office setups. She enjoys helping people make practical changes that support their health, comfort and productivity at work. Allison also has an interest in breathing pattern disorders and has studied the BradCliff Method. She works with people experiencing issues such as hyperventilation, long COVID and asthma, supporting them to improve their breathing and overall wellbeing. Outside the clinic, Allison spends much of her time on the family farm at Mt Aspiring with her husband Randall and their two boys. She enjoys supporting their sports and being involved in the Wānaka community. Having lived at Mt Aspiring for the past 15 years, she values the lifestyle the region offers and the strong sense of community that comes with it.
