She has a particular interest in breathing pattern disorders and the integration of pelvic health with whole-body movement. A clinical Pilates instructor and acupuncturist, Clodagh brings these skills into her treatment approach, alongside her experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with particular strengths in treating shoulder and lower back conditions. Originally from Ireland, Clodagh has extensive international experience, having worked with elite national athletes and teams across swimming, AFL, rugby and tennis. She also spent time at the Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin, focused on post-surgical rehabilitation for ACL, groin and shoulder injuries. Clodagh now works exclusively in women's health and is known for her holistic, evidence-based approach, combining high-level clinical skill with a practical, supportive style. Alongside her clinical work, Allison holds a postgraduate certificate in Occupational Health and can organise workplace ergonomic assessments, including for home office setups. She enjoys helping people make practical changes that support their health, comfort and productivity at work. Allison also has an interest in breathing pattern disorders and has studied the BradCliff Method. She works with people experiencing issues such as hyperventilation, long COVID and asthma, supporting them to improve their breathing and overall wellbeing. Outside the clinic, Allison spends much of her time on the family farm at Mt Aspiring with her husband Randall and their two boys. She enjoys supporting their sports and being involved in the Wānaka community. Having lived at Mt Aspiring for the past 15 years, she values the lifestyle the region offers and the strong sense of community that comes with it.
